(...) What I would love to see is a convergence of Mindstorms and Trains. Both moving to a "signalling supererimposed on power" type system (a bit like DCC). So all LEGO electrics/electronics would work the same, motors, train motors, lights, (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Perhaps those old blue rails of mine will come back into fashion again 8?) There are advantages using these methods - don't have to worry about where to place power connectors & isolating track sections; Don't have to keep cleaning the track (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)
