(...) Oh, I'll take this bait: LEGO paid about 80% of the costs to get the GMLTC and our layout out to Carlsbad. That's it. That's *every* "sponsorship" deal the GMLTC has ever received. We lose money on every show we do, even the occasional show (...) (24 years ago, 5-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)

I went to fast of with this mail.... sorry the price cannot have been that low, prices here are usually almost the same as than lugnet's, I guess more correct it was some 140 USD.. still cheaper that lugnet though Secondly, I have rebuild my (...) (24 years ago, 5-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) track cleaning car? This car uses a brass roller wrapped in handi-wipe material and wetted with a citrus cleaner called Goo-Gone. I had thought about developing a LEGO version myself. The problem here would be that the roller needs plenty of (...) (24 years ago, 5-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)
