Re: Sekiyama MOC - clad tankcar

(...) I did indeed. And I'd forgotten Vikings used them so thought they were newer. (...) His (URL) tram track modules> are incredible too (I think Tim D or I have posted a link to them here before).   Re: Sekiyama MOC - clad tankcar

(...) You mean the Viking wheels (55817) not the train wheels no doubt (and indeed, nice trick). Going up one level to clocodile, there are several neat MOCs too. Two that struck me were the TEE and the SBB-CFF-FFS (great use of an inverted battery (...) (17 years ago, 9-Mar-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: LEGO 7996 and 9V

(...) I wish that I had read this a few months ago (when I should have). I just bought a 7996 with the intention to convert it to 9V. I am very disapointed that you can not have both of the parallel straights switched to go straight at the same (...) (17 years ago, 8-Mar-08, to lugnet.trains)

(2 URLs) BS> I'm yet to see (URL) post here so I've taken the liberty of passing on this lovely little MOC. I think the new wheels work really well here. Tim (17 years ago, 6-Mar-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Ballasting Corners?

(...) Clifton- The curve track ballasting layout document lives on our file server at home. I'll try to put it on scltc.org and post a link. The core problem that the drawing solves is maximizing the amount of square "gravel" that can be placed (...) (17 years ago, 6-Mar-08, to lugnet.trains)
