what happened to the Ultimate Train Builders Set and Train Factory Palette?

Acording to Brickfest 2005, the plan was to release the Ultimate Train Builders Set and the Train Factory palette in 2005. Can someone from TLC (Jake?) comment on why this set (and the factory palette) is not available yet and when it is gooing to (...) (19 years ago, 15-Jan-06, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.trains)

  9V train motor

Hi all, After discovering the hard way (by making an impossible model) that the current electric train motor model has a couple of major mistakes (the wheels are too small and the clips are too small and in the wrong place) I decided to make my own (...)   Re: Seven wide Koef Shunter

(...) It has been brought to my attention that sadly the arches won't work. It seems that the electric train motor DAT is very incorrect (the wheels are too small and the hooks are too low). So if anyone was going to try it, please don't bother. (...) (19 years ago, 14-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: Thoughts on Battery-powered IR-controlled trains

Re: Thoughts on Battery-powered IR-controlled trains

(...) You've also got the problem that if they work like the volume control on a TV remote (which is likely) the signals are "speed up" and "slow down", not absolute speed values. Since you have no way of knowing whether the train received a (...) (19 years ago, 13-Jan-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.dear-lego)
