Sorry for the delay, Actually the whole thing just fell into place. The Beaverton Mall is a tier 2 mall, so normally there is one or two stores vacant. This was the key to success. This could happen in a tier 1 mall but there are rarely any (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jul-02, to lugnet.trains)
