Hey, folks, I'm not so much a trainhead as I am a townie, but I was wondering: are any of you folks in the San Diego area? San Diego has a model railroad museum in Balboa Park. There's a display for 'toy trains' as opposed to 'model trains', but (...) (23 years ago, 18-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains.org.scltc)

(...) It's hard to do Loewy compound curves in this medium but I was very impressed with how close you got! I eagerly await better pics. My biggest criticism is the pantographs do not seem delicate enough but it's hard to get them lacey given what (...) (23 years ago, 18-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)
