The big trick is to attach the
upper flashing lights and yet keep the rounded edges of roof
visible when viewed directly from the front or rear. If I
used a as an attachment piece, the sharp corners would
block this curvature, so I attached the lights to a black 1x6 Technic liftarm
. The rounded end of the technic beam match the curving
roof sides. I used a panel intergrated directly into the
roof to help hold the technic beam in place.
