I finally finished work on a new
mobile command center
for my Lego fire department.
The trailer is seven studs wide and 42 studs long and features a power generator
(front compartment), slide-out command post, road barricade signs (bottom
compartments), satellite antenna (on back), and more.
For the cab design, I drew inspiration from the incredible work of Martin
Jaspers and Pierre Normandin.
Mobile command centers are becoming increasingly common in large fire
departments. They allow fire department command to organize and monitor large
incidents for extended periods of time using state-of-the-art technology.
