Hey,
Just saw the Pope Mobile on the news the other night and spent less than hour
putting a Lego model together. The result is pretty nice, although it might seem
a bit big for minifig scale:

I’ve also included a couple of pictures of the construction. It’s pretty simple,
just a few old fashioned SNOTs. Notice, though, how the front is kept in
position by a rubber band

The real life car is a Mercedes, I found a couple of pics for reference:
