Other quick ideas I have are: - electronics store - small post office - small bank - bakery - hat store - police substation - subway entrance - a run-down (...) | | | | I'm contemplating the idea of building a 'Diving Store' along the coastline and a small Bait & Tackle Stand on the harbor as well.
