| A suggestion should be made to the SDMRRM that the LEGO® layout be a permanent feature of the museum, just like the O, N and HO scale layouts already are. | (...) LLC put's several layers of UV protective coating on the models to protect them from the SoCal sun and sometimes it appears that they have been painted. Acording to a LLC Model Builder, they do not paint parts. Robert Powell (22 years ago, 21-Nov-02, to lugnet.town)

| Hello again, I forgot to mention that I motorized all the switches for the train yard. Nothing fancy, like no mindstorms involved, but I built 5 different version to test and they worked well for the display, because they would have been hard to (...)
