Hello! In the database the picture of #1592 shows the Dutch flag and a Dutch name of the fish and chips place. Also the release year is said to be 1983 ("© 1983 LEGO Group"). (URL) my copy has an English version of the flag, the store and this fast (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jun-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.admin.database)
