(...) Even earlier- this set from 1975 got a lot of those hats in it! It's even from the minifig-time the arms and legs were fixed to the body... Oh no, cowboy hats are an ooooold and recently resurrected piece. I remember back from the eighties (around '86 probably) when I was kid, I had an ideabook in which some of the minifigs wore cowboy hats, and the sets they came with were so old that (...) If you think that the cowboy hats are ugly and that it was better before without them, well then look here! (URL) a scan from the 1985 catalog, and what is one of the minifigs wearing?
