Does anyone know how to get the windows at an angle like that?  Or, at
least, get them looking similar to the pictures above.  I've seen buildings
that had angled walls and so forth so I know it can be done.  I just don't
know how to do it.  If anyone can help me out here, I'd appreciate it.

It is from my Urban Landscape. I think it is what you are aiming for. I
started with a level of tiles. It is quite solid too.

good luck.
