Re: New Vehicles @ Moonbase Io

Nice work! I think the hovercycle needs one of those little windsheilds that look like they would divert no air out of the drivers face because they are soo small, bu tlook cool :-)\ --Kyle (URL) legomankyle (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, lugnet.build)

(...) piece of work. I'm cross-posting this to lugnet.publish, because of the *excellent* use of flash. I can think of a company (starts with L, ends with ego) that could use some lessons in Flash use from you. James James Brown's Parts Sale: (URL) (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.town)

(...) I saw a preview of this a few weeks back and I liked it then. Still do. This station rocks. The presentation is also very nice... Well done! (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.town)

Re: "Colorized" version of St. Marks Cathedral

(...) If you don't like the colors, you might try hacking the model files to change the color values. There's a 0 COLOR meta-statement, which allows you to assign any RGB value to any color-code. This includes transparency and dithering treatments. (...) (24 years ago, 1-Nov-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

(...) Ah, ha, yes!! Paradisa Country Club <set:6418> indeed had such a pony in brown. I have one from my cousin's set. Nonsense! Build it full scale! :) That ought to bring out the true beauty of the building! Be sure to provide for the accompanying piazza so we can get the correct viewing angles ;) Build On! (...) I'm not happy yet, but here's an idea. 6-wide bus. I put a 2x4x2 sloped common windshield on the left corner. The bus driver sits behind that. Yes - I think the reason I missed the color originally is that its pretty faded on the real building. Also, the colors are blended. Thanks Eric for that link, I've been admiring those already. Has any one got any ideas how to model flat front wind-screens/shields in six-wide? I can't find a method I'm happy with.
