Hi,

I am nearing completion of the reconstruction of some OLD large truck sets
found by my friend Art, the Garage Sale King, in Palo Alto. He also found
some old lighting bricks and a 101/100 or 112 blue train/motor set with
track.

I hope to bring them to the meet on the 2nd. The 332 is not done yet. All
with mostly original parts, only a few graphics brick lettering flaws. The
335 is nearly perfect. No instructions for any of them though, only the last
page of the 333 ones, and its different from the one shown on Kevin's site.

(The best part) Total investment: $2.

Also, I have many older style (small text) bricks from the samsonite era
available now for trade, or even free!  Sorry, the trucks are not for sale.
I did see 335s for about $50 lately on ebay though...tempting as it may be.
Maybe you can talk me out of some extra large (3x4 and 4x4) blue and yellow
doors though...

Mark

I'd be interested in the large blue and yellow doors ;-) And the lettered bricks, depending on what they say. (...) -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ home ***(URL) Bay Area DSMs (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)
