bottom floors are unaligned eg.

I am not planning on doing more, but you're absolutely correct.  The proto's I
used had unaligned windows on each floor.  It looked 'wrong' to me when I built
them that way.  I have a nasty habit of having my windows lined up on just about
all my buildings.  I probably need to get over it.
