Bionicle truck seen in Berkeley

This weekend while walking around downtown Berkeley, CA. with a friend, all
of a sudden at an intersection I saw this grey pickup truck decorated with
huge Lego Bionicle stickers and had a big brown circular container attached
to the roof. Anybody else see this or know what its about? Is this a new
advertising "vehicle"? 8)
