If someone is sending you hate mail, personally, you might want to respond
to them directly.
If on the other hand, you are referring to the post that you responded to
hate mail, I for one would not agree that it was hate mail. The poster was
upset, and annoyed at what your site may have done (I haven't visited it and
don't intend to until I know that it is not reprogramming cursors) but if
her allegations are correct I can understand why she might be upset.
Are you actually doing anything to reprogram cursors? If so I would strongly
request that you not do that.
