† Speaking of no mask, do the Matorans _wear_ their masks or are they
somehow part of their bodies? In other words, are the masks voluntary? Their
naked heads are so frankly skull-like I have to wonder if they can live
without their mask. On the other hand, the carvings in Po-Koro feature naked
heads, and the battle at Kini Nui showed Tohunga without their mask (but
under extreme duress). Either way, it's all good, of course.
