Well I own that set and it is a felt tip pen. With a pretty hard tip on it.
A good pen actually. Not used it much, but I still have the pen and it
works. It has not dryed out like normal felt tip pen would have done in all
those years of storage.
And the paper size? I dont know exactly, it looks like A3, but I'm not sure.
