This is townscale Road Train. They use Road Trains in Australia since the distances are so great there. Road trains usually have steered trailers to cope with intersections at teh outskirts of cities. (URL) will notice that the second and third (...) I've never seen road trains with axles like that - all the ones i've seen just have a standard trailer first, and the following trailers have a steerable axle on the front with a yoke to connect to the (...) (...) In Australia, I think B-double and triple usually refers to trains where each trailer has a fifth wheel on the back axle block.
