| I was wondering if anyone has any hints for preserving the pneumatic components, specifically the pumps and pistons. It never dawned on me that anything lego would go bad, but in reading discussions on pneumatics, it looks like after a couple+ (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

| (...) I've got some from the mid-80s that still just about work, but recently I've also got some of the metal-shaft ones second hand, and they are all just about useless. I'd assumed that the kid who had them before me was just careless - is there (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)
