In the Technic Advanced section of www.lego.com there are new pages which feature the 8448 Super Street Sensation. One of the pages is called a "Designers Area". It says that starting November 1, 1999 certificates will be given for alternate models (...) (25 years ago, 1-Oct-99, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.general)
