Hello,
The lego Gods threw me a bone! Alfha Team sets 4793
http://guide.lugnet.com/set/4793 and set 4794
http://guide.lugnet.com/set/4794 each contain 2 8 toothed escapement wheels.
But after several hours of play I came up with just one possible
implementation of a escapement using this wheel. I have also uploaded a
picture of a clickless ratchet.

As a challenge to you gearheads I would like to see the smallest possible
cogwheel I made one for my big blue clock that was the same diameter as a
40t gear but it requires rare pieces.
As a secondary challenge I would like to see other escapement arrangements
useing this new escapement wheel.
Cheers
Chris Daniel
