That seems a little perplexing. Are you sure everything's constructed as it
should be, and that all your parts are unbroken? I have the 8466 and the
wheel connections are really solid. The wheels snap on the 3 friction-pegs
that extend from the special 4x4 drive piece.

If you're still having problems, compare the problem wheel to your other
wheels. If they're staying on, then they're built correctly.
