I think that it comes with four of them. Two of them allow one valve to
control two cylinders (one for retracting and the other for extending the
cylinders), one is used to split the pressurized air input into both of the
valves and the last one is included as an extra. I might be slightly off
here though since it has been about four years since I originally opened the
8459 box.
