I am a senior in high school, about to embark on my senior project. I know
that someone last year built a functioning catapult, and before that someone
made a ball-clock similar to the Technic one made by Helge Rustad (but not
out of Legos). I am considering making a similar, functioning machine that
should cost around $100 to build. I probably cannot make it out of Legos,
but I know that the Lego Technic Community has a lot of ideas for
functioning contraptions like these, so I thought I'd ask for any ideas.
