Well, you can go for the Model Team dragster too, which has the old 8880
wheels:

But it may be a bit bad value.

I'll say that the old 24x43 Technic wheels were great for construction
equipment and the like, as they have rugged tread.  The wheels from 8880
and 8448 are more racing car like, and are unsuitable for almost
anything else.

On a side note, the large motorcycle wheels from 8422 and the Mindstorms
RIS set have the same diameter, too.  But they may look strange on a
normall car.
