Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone out there knows why the  Lego Technic
8450 "Mission" and 8482 "Cybermaster" sets have not been released in the US?
From what I can see, they have been available to the rest of the world for a
while now.  Thanks.

(...) The 8482 was available as a Zany Brainy (stores, not on-line) exclusive last year. After the intial run, they disappeared. -- -Rob. (24 years ago, 9-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)

(...) I doubt you will see them in the US now as they quite rare even in UK shops now. Mindstorms has essentially superseded it - that is not to say it is better in every way. If any one wants one, I have one for sale. Scott A (24 years ago, 10-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

8450 was also available at one point at the Legoland California. A friend of mine bought one. --Travis Cobbs (tcobbs@san.REMOVE.rr.com) "Keith Blumenthal" <Keith.Blumenthal@wcom.com> wrote in message news:G26ACo.KwL@lugnet.com... (...) US? (...) a (...) (24 years ago, 11-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)
