(...) Has anyone tried using the pumps as valves? IIRC, the first (red?) pneumatic valves only had the bottom pip for an air hose. If you remove the spring for the pump, might it work the same way? The pumps are kind of wide (and long) for (...) (24 years ago, 10-Sep-00, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Well, okay. As an alternative, Wal-mart has their Mega Bloks NASCAR 4-pak on closeout for $3. At 75 cents a pop, you won't have to feel guilty if you really do crush one. Plus you get a few bricks to build walls you can crash tank and mecha (...) (24 years ago, 11-Sep-00, to lugnet.technic)
