This sounds like a good idea. What size drill bit did you end up using?

The shank with the dimension is galled up but it fits the 3/16" hole in the bit
racks - I've got more than a few sets of drill bits and loose ones hanging
around.

I simply looked for the bit that provided a good fit (no slop) in a stack of 8
or so plates. I expect there's an appropriate Metric or numerical size bit as
well.

Now if only TLC would make studded beams in orange, purple, turquoise......I
still think Technic BUCKETS - beams, plates, wheels, connectors with lots of
colors would be a great idea (and logical move for DACTA.  It is SO much easier
to control color coded sets in a class environment.
