Can someone who has one of these white gears tell me what they are for? How are they different from the other 24-toothed gears? Is there perhaps a one-way ratchet inside each one, or do they spin freely on the axle? http://brickshelf.com/gallery/biffuz/LegoEducation/2000626a.jpg
