Hi
That is the wrong colour, i never seen a black one, it may have been painted
over. Prove me if i am wrong
But i have only seen a grey type from the following Technic Sets
8460 Modile Crane
8485 CC2
8837 Pneumatic Excavtor
8839 Supply Ship
8443 Pneumatic Logger
8459 Power Machine
8462 Recovery Truck
8480 Space shuttle
there may be more in the universal sets, but i can't remeber these
8094 Has one
