What's the difference between the two?

<http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4267> "20x30 solid tyre"

<http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2857> "20x30 solid Ballon tyre"

I am looking for 6 20 x 30 "Solid" tyres, but on bricklink, they are scattered,
and all overseas!

However, I am looking for a subsitute until I get the parts I want.  However,
they don't have much of a picture for the bricklink "20x30 Solid ballon" Can
someone describe it for me?

Just a sidenote as well, I will be interested if you offer me AT LEAST 4 solid
tyres.

Thank you!

Chris Pritchard
