Well, I just swapped the head off a Cybermaster guy and a Belville brown-
haired mom. (Looks kinda creepy, actually.) The mom head fits very
tightly on the cyberguy's body, but the cyberguy's head rattles loosely
in the mom's neck hole. It works, it just flops around. Belville necks
are bigger than Technic necks??? Since this is the only Belville figure
I have, it's the only experiment I can do. Good luck.
