(...) Yep, works great in Technic creations. I had some of these from the 5284 Loading Grabs service pack which is no longer available from US Shop at Home. Do lego still offer a non-web service for parts ? I'm looking out for shovels (as in 8459, 8862 etc) which I haven't seen on recent sets. Is the shovel in the 4959 Loader-Dozer of use ? Anywhere else I can look for these parts ? TIA Ronan (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.technic)

I am now reflecting on Power Rangers, and other similar shows where morphing occurs. Characters stay in a non-violent form until (...) Nice crane Duq! I'll be really interested in details of your "two stage" boom mechanism! Just one question, does the hook "cable" just go straight up, or is it fed through pulleys in the boom sections, so it automatically extends as the boom (...)
