  Re: Lego Servo's

(...) Yes. That's what I'm suggesting. I doubt it would cause any problem to power the 9v motors with 7.2v batteries. (but I could be wrong) Steve (18 years ago, 24-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Lego Servo's

(...) You mean take a regular Electronic Speed control thats usually powered by a 7.2 Nimh Pack and wire it into the standard Lego Motor? I wonder if it would work or burn out the motor. those batteries have alot of juice Adam (18 years ago, 24-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Lego Servo's

(...) About the only thing I could suggest is buying regular speed controllers. You should be able to get some electronic ones that can plug right into the receiver. Steve (18 years ago, 23-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

Hi Eric, (...) I'll try to upload detailed pictures of the MOC in the next days. thanks for your feedback! Step (18 years ago, 23-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Side forklift

Hey cool. I see the way you used the worm box. Interesting technique! At first I wondered how you used the upper chain links. I thought one end was secured, and, through a sort of "pully" action, raised the forks. Now I see. I wonder what other (...) (18 years ago, 23-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

I am looking for a way to use my 2 channel RC Radio/receiver with Lego Motors I am building a tank and think it would be much easier to control this way does anyone know how to control lego motors with a receiver? I dont want to get into RCS or (...) (18 years ago, 23-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Pallet Truck

Hey that is great! Awesome pictures! Love the lift/gif. Having used these machines in the past it was a kick to see one modeled in Lego. Good use of stud less for sure! Thanks for sharing. Eric Sophie (18 years ago, 22-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Side forklift

Hi all, it seems that the Spring brings new life in the technic elevator-field. So, beside making my compliments to Peer Kreuger for his beautiful pallet lifter, I just wanted to show my latest attemp to build a side forklift, which is not the (...) (18 years ago, 22-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Pallet Truck

(...) Very cool! So much like the real thing, and very elegantly implemented. I like your V-8 engine pallet as well. Any idea how much weight the jack will lift? I would love to put one together to try it out. I think I can figure out most of the (...) (18 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: Informations on new TECHNIC element and color coded parts

(...) Hmm. That would seem to imply that a 1x3 thin liftarm is, indeed, 3M long. Yes, "M" is defined as the distance between two hole centers, but the length of the piece can be cleanly read off the graph behind it - 3M. (18 years ago, 21-May-07, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Informations on new TECHNIC element and color coded parts

(...) That can not be true. For example, if you look at page three of the lego factory technic section, what we call a 1x3 liftarm thin is described as 3M. --Peter (18 years ago, 19-May-07, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.lego, FTX)

Re: Informations on new TECHNIC element and color coded parts

(...) Ugh. Is that metric? And you only count center-to-center, not the ends? Leave it Lego to think of something like this. (18 years ago, 18-May-07, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.lego, FTX)

Re: Informations on new TECHNIC element and color coded parts

(...) Also, in the distant past TLC has actually produced the non friction variety of axle pin in black (I own a few myself). Although that probably doesn't matter to TLC :) (18 years ago, 18-May-07, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.lego)
