Hi, I had a close look at the drawing at the bottom of the page: it looks like the first three axles as well as the last axle are steerable. This is just sloppy journalism. It looks like the author read Kelly's article ((URL) BZPower.com, made a few assumptions, and wrote an article without doing any research.
