Wooo, that is a nice big table. I'm jealous.
I find that I like to have bins arranged around me in an L or U shape,
and to keep them separate from the table space where I'm building.
I keep them in bins somewhat like you have, covering two walls from floor
to ceiling. I have them arranged like this in my work space:

+------------
S = shelf
T = table
- = wall
* = where I sit
In your picture, I'd be tempted to pull the table out from the wall that
it's currently against, and then put a shelf of bins against that wall.
Then sit between the table and the wall. I can't tell from the picture if
that will work, but even if not, I'd try other rearranging before going for
the lazy susan.
