| If it's a non-functional bulb, I'd think this would be an ideal opportunity to experiment with it and take it apart, to see if you can fit in a new lightbulb. It shouldn't be that difficult to accomplish. Perhaps you can even redesign it so it takes (...) (20 years ago, 5-Feb-05, to lugnet.parts, lugnet.storage, lugnet.general)

| (...) Yes, yes, I tried those things too. I have another bulb of the same age from the same set on the other end of my loco, powered by the same battery box, and it's working just fine. I tried going backwards on the connections; first I put the (...) (20 years ago, 5-Feb-05, to lugnet.parts, lugnet.storage, lugnet.general)
