David, Plan for exponential growth in your collection. Make sure that what ever storage method you use can be expanded. I lost track of the amount of times I've had to re-think my policy. It now seems crazy that I once thought acquiring the lego (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.storage)

Focus/Do It All have some flat boxes, unfortunately you will probably need a number of them as they only have approx 15 compartments. I got all my mindstorms/technic in three and a small tool box.
