Are the X-Wing and TIE Interceptor by any chance Model Team models? They seem
to have the size, detail, and lack of minifigure seating of Model Team models.
Also, LEGO already made an X-Wing for the "System" class. (Smaller, less
detailed, and horribly out of size.)

| (...) Too bad they didn't scale the set up a bit, and add a Technic-fig Luke in his orange flight suit, along with a scaled-up R2. I know...such a set would probably cost over $200, it won't happen, etc., etc....but...a technic-size pilot jump-suit (...) (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)
