How long after ESB was it when LEGO® came out with this set?

Do you think? Nah...Hmm. Well - take a look at the SW Hoth Teaser in the New
large catalog in the upper right Hand Corner (Something is charging toward the
Snowspeeder, and it looks like it has tall legs!):

Could it be that there is an AT-AT set showing up any time soon?
We'll see I guess. Maybe my imagination is running too wild tonight. :-)

| (...) more like non-LEGO window dressing. But there is a LEGO brick hidden in the light-sabre's 'blade' just in front of that odd beasty. Could be part of the beasty, or it could be an inside joke from the people who created the artwork for the (...) (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.starwars)
