RULES
The Contest will have two parts. All entries must be submitted
before October 15th, 1999. In the first part of the contest I will
judge all submissions and
award winners in 7 categories. These categories are:

Best Mini-Fig
Scale Model
Best Micro-Fig
Scale Model
Best Alternate Model of
Official SW Lego Set (any set)
Best Official SW Lego Set
Modification (any set)
Best CAD
Model
Best Built
Model
Best Model under
100 pieces
The second part of the contest will be showdown between all of the
category winners. It will be won by popular vote; I'll set something up
like the Cool Lego
Sight of The Week has for voting.
Here is a breakdown of the other rules:
-A model will be judged in all of the categories that it
qualifies for.
-A single entry can win no more then 1 category.
-An overall contest winner will be decided by popular vote.
-Only winners from the 7 categories will be eligible for the
overall prize.
-Small prizes will be given out for category winners, and a
large prize will be given to the overall winner.
-CAD models will not be judged on the quality of the rendering.
-CAD models must be submitted in .gif or .jpg format. (Email me
if you can only submit data files)
-A SW Lego Set Alternate Model can be made solely from parts
from a single SW Lego Set. You pick the set.
-A SW Lego Set Modification can be made with parts from outside
the set.
-A parts summary should be submitted when building a model for
best under 100 piece, best modification, or best alternate model. I
know it is a lot to ask,
and I will not hold you to it. Please don't cheat.
-Other submissions can be made just about any other way. Check
out the To Enter Contest Page for details.
-Micro-fig scale is anything significantly smaller then than
Mini-fig scale. For example, my Slave1 would be considered Micro-fig.
