Sorry to cross post this to lugnet.general and lugnet.starwars, but I just got
vague information from the truck show from my sister. Can someone (from
Singapore please confirm?)
1) New star wars EP1 sets. Nothing much to write about that isn't available
elsewhere.
2) There was a guess the number of pieces thing? 15,000, 20,000 or 25,000 and
the grand prize winner gets S$4000 worth of Lego + S$400 gift vouchers.
3) Up to 60% off on the old sets (I got 6559 for S$39.90 down from S$93.50
and6919 for S$29.90 down from S$72.50 - 1USD approx = 1.7 Sing dollar S$).
4) A one-foot high R2D2 set, made out of pieces (as opposed to the minifug)
available in the year 2000.
As I said my sister was very vague with the details... so any info would be
appreciated. Please follow up the messages to the respective lugnet groups in
addition to lugnet.loc.bn
