Well, someone yesterday or the day before posted the rules for the 17 and
over category. Also, complete entry forms can be obtained from www.LEGO.com
from 6/1/99 to 12/31/99. All entries must be submitted separately and
received by 12/31/99, so there's plenty of time to get building!

Yes, I have a feeling you're right about the Star Wars significance. The
key thing here is that the contest is not so much about Star Wars LEGO
creations, but that the prizes are Star Wars-related.
