I'm not so worried about that -- if I buy in at $10, it (logically) doesn't
matter to me how the other $490 is paid out -- I still have a 2% chance of
winning. Plus, the issue is somewhat self-correcting. The "deep pockets" are
more likely to just go buy their own.

If you enter and win, you have to (also) pay the difference in cost between US
and Canada? Probably Todd's idea (have it shipped to him, and he ships to you)
would work better.
