eBay just released its annual Hot New Toys List
(http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/051103/35976.html?.v=1), and what should top the poll
but the Millennium Falcon set!
eBay also has a new “Toy Finder” thingy,
where other LEGO products are featured, including the SW ARC-170 Star Fighter,
Toa Iruini, SW Clone Turbo Tank, Castle of Morcia, Coast Watch HQ, Dumbledore’s
Office, LEGO Inventors, Prehistoric Creatures, Grand Central Station, Ultimate
NBA Arena, Wookie Catamaran, General Grievous Chase, Jedi & Droid, and SW Wookie
Attack. That’s 15 out of 110 gift suggestions, not a bad ratio.
In the Teens section they have Mindstorms buried among all the video games.
Amusingly, the Preschoolers section includes the 50th Anniversary Bucket - but
no other LEGO products. The “kids” section has additional sets, like the SW
Ultimate Duel and Advent Calendar.
Very heavy on the SW sets this year, as one would expect.
