The article on FTBT talks about
JB: We have the rights to the Star Wars brand and all that is comprised within
that world. However, as LEGO is very focused on what is going to appeal most to
kids globally, we've made a fairly conscious decision to focus on the movies. We
did make an EU TIE Defender as a part of the TIE pack but our general focus has
been on the core icons. The world of Star Wars is so rich and vast though that I
don't think we'll run out of ideas for great products. (cue wisecrack from the
'redesign haters'!)
Hum.. I'm a little lost on "EU TIE Defender as a part of the TIE pack"? Did a
TIE Defender come out for retail? Or could you build one from a certain retail
package?
Thanks, AHui
